Now welcoming students for the first Senior Launch Lab cohort.
Every journey needs guidance.
I’m Victoria Tyron — a youth mentor and advocate for student and young adult development. As a two-time graduate of the University of Washington, earning both my bachelor’s degree and a Master of Communication Leadership, and through a career spanning higher education and public service, I’ve remained passionate about helping people access opportunities, navigate systems, and tell their stories with confidence.
My heart for this work was shaped early through PATH to College Success — a program that supported incoming middle schoolers from disenfranchised backgrounds. As a sixth grader and the daughter of a single immigrant mother, I was given what I now understand to be a life-changing opportunity: early exposure to guidance, preparation, resources, and people who helped me see possibilities beyond what I could imagine at the time.
That experience taught me the importance of transitioning well through each stage of life — from middle school to high school, from high school to college, and eventually into my professional journey.
Through more than eight years of leadership in youth ministry, I’ve continued to walk in those values by supporting students not only spiritually, but holistically — helping them navigate academics, personal growth, future decisions, and preparation for life beyond high school.
VnTr Pathways grew from the intersection of these experiences: being guided, being prepared, and now helping guide others. Students deserve more than information; they deserve support, encouragement, and the tools to confidently navigate the path ahead.
VnTr (venture) PATHWAYS is deeply shaped by my Christian faith and by the people God has used throughout my life to guide, encourage, challenge, and support me.
Because of those experiences, I believe mentorship is more than giving advice. It is creating space for students to feel seen, ask honest questions, prepare intentionally, and grow with support.
While students from all backgrounds are welcome, VnTr is rooted in values of purpose, integrity, compassion, growth, and care for others.
The goal is not to choose a path for students, but to help them become equipped to navigate their next step well — whether that includes college, career training, entrepreneurship, service, or other opportunities.
Our founder (far lower left corner in the red shirt and white jacket) with fellow PATH members on a campus visit to Washington State University in 2012.
We create space for students to ask honest questions, explore their options, and move forward with support instead of fear.
We believe preparation is not just about checking boxes; it is about helping students understand their next steps and why they matter.
We believe students grow best when they feel seen, supported, and surrounded by people who care about their development.
We support students as whole people, not just applications, resumes, or accomplishments.
2026 cohort interest form now open. Priority deadline is June 20th.
